I am Dee, the founder of Dewa Training and Coaching

Between 1993 and 2018 I was made redundant 6 times. The businesses I worked for relocated, downsized and closed down. At times it felt devastating, at other times exhilarating to have a fresh start. The situation didn't change, but my attitude towards it did!
​
As a qualified HR professional of over 15 years, I have also taken businesses through redundancy processes and know that this impacts others in the business, not just those losing their jobs.
​
It is for this reason, that when I passed my coaching qualification, I knew that this would be an area that I wanted to focus on - to help anyone affected by redundancy to work through the process with confidence, support and to come out of the other side healthy, happy and safe

You can access practical workshops such as CV writing, interview practice and exploring setting up your own business, alongside a journey of self awareness and confidence building to ensure that redundancy is your launch pad to a better future
