DEANNE WALSH
Founder and Trainer
Dee qualified as an MHFA England mental health instructor in 2019 and this was the start of journey into numerous ways of expanding the skills portfolio to offer more ways to make other people's lives better.
With a 35 year "squiggly" career, mainly in HR, coaching and training for SMEs in the North West, helping people has been a common theme for Dee through the years.

Mental Health First Aid Trainer
Claire is a Registered Mental Health Nurse with 10+ years’ experience working in both an acute and community setting. In addition, she is a person centred therapist and qualified mental health first aid instructor
MAUREEN GILDEA
Associate
Maureen is a Complementary Therapist and Wellbeing Practitioner and has significant experience of providing a wide range of mind-body therapies, such as reflexology, massage, aromatherapy, reiki and Indian head massage
She also delivers workshops and training programmes including Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Techniques
